Organic acids are those which contain carbon along with other functional groups. Like, CH3COOH or acetic acid or Ethanoic acid, is an organic acid as it contains carbon. Organic acid may contain other functional groups along with carboxylic group.

Now mineral acids do not contains carbon. Or we can say that mineral acids are inorganic acid. Some examples are hydrochloric acid (HCl), Nitric acid(HNO3), Sulfuric acid(H2SO4) etc.
