The difference between Missionary and government school is:

MISSIONARY:

Run by the church and it's officials for children. Missionary schools were most prevalent and was vast during the British rule. People were forced to admit their child in missionary schools.

Government schools:

They are run by the government of that particular country with the motive of free and compulsory education for children. Their moto is to provide education for children who are poor and they charge very low fees so that it will be affordable for poor people and those who have low income.
