1. ‘nema’- thread. ‘Oda’ - like
2. Free living or parasitic.
3. They are bilaterally symmetrical
4. They are triploblastic.
5. No true cavity or coelom [ pseudocoelomates ]
6. There are tissues, no real organs
7. Body is elongated, narrow and cylindrical.

8. Have a water circulatory type system used for moving abroad.
9. No head or tail on the front or the bottom sides but have ventral and dorsal surfaces
