Nervous control is done by the brain and the spinal cord mainly in the form of electrical impulses.
Chemical control is brought by the hormones which are secreted by the glands.
The main difference between the both is that nervous control is for very short period of time
For example : Reflex action.
While chemical control is a slow process but a long as well.
For example : GH (growth hormone) brings growth in the body.
