Niche marketing provides such products and services that fulfills the requirement of limited target.
Undifferentiated marketing is a strategy that produces that single product that targets all of it customers, unlike Niche marketing technique. It is also known as Mass marketing.
Suppose you are selling a dress;
You want to target only youngsters so you start marketing on Instagram etc., that is niche marketing.
If you have no such condition and you want to approach everyone so you start advertising on TV, now this is undifferentiated marketing.
