nuclear membrane is absent in nucleoid
nuclear membrane is present in nucleus

Nucleus -

  • Nucleus are larger in size.

  • Membrane bound is present in Nucleus.

  • Nucleolus is present in nucleus.

  • DNA is associated with with histones in the form of chromatin.

Nucleoid -

  • Nucleoid is smaller in size.

  • Memebranous Envelope is absent in Nucleoid.

  • Nucleolus is absent in Nucleoid.

  • In Nucleoid, DNA is found naked.
