nucleus-its a cell oganelle discovered by Robert brown in 1831.it is regarded as controll centre of the cell.it contain chromatin
nucleolus-highly extended and elaborate nucleoprotein fibre called chromatin, matrix and one or more spherical bodies called nucleoli or nucleolus it is also called interphase nucleus..

the major difference between nucleus and nucleolus is..
nucleus is a large spherical structure present inside the cell whereas nucleolus is very small structure which is present inside the nucleus..
