Nutrition deficiency means if a particular person lacks the important components of our body metabolic activities. It is caused when person does not eat or take the nutrient. EXAMPLE:Deficiency of protein leads to khwakishor or marusmus, lack of several vitamins leads to several disease etc.
While toxicity means if a particular person's body has taken a harmful protein called toxin or any other compound like cyanide, methyl isocynate, or hydrogen cynite etc. Some of the examples of toxins are neurotoxin, hemotoxin etc, they are sometime secreted by the venom gland of several snakes.
