Obviously, there are. It would be same for any paper.
Paper Format, is a consice format. You get a wholesome coverage of everything. The international, national, local, sports and the Editorial. You'll read enough and important of everything. 
Online Format, offers no such wholesome distribution. Furthermore, continuous content updating is bound to make you miss some of the important ones. Although, there's is no hiatus as any event occurring after printing time is covered only a day after in offline mode. You read it immediately in online mode.

Personally, I prefer papers due to a homogeneous package and my preference to paperback. Further, I don't like to miss Editorials. In addition to it, I have no aversion to prolific version as well.
