According to the question,
Radius of circular track = 21 m

So,
Distance travelled by the cyclist in 5 rounds = 5×2πr

= 5×2×22/7×21

= 5×2×22×3

= 660 m

Time taken to travel 660 m = 12min

So,
Speed = distance/time

= 660/12

= 55 m/s. ..... Answer
