organised sector in sector in which employment terms are fixed and regular and the employees get assured work and unorganised sector employment terms are not fixed and develop as well as enterprise are not registered with the government......may helpful for you

1 it is the one where the terms of employment are regular and oeople have assured work
2 they are registered by the government and to follow its rules and regulatins which are given in various laws such as factories act etc
3 it is called organised sector because it has some formal processes and procedures.
4 workers in this sector enjoy security of employment .
5 they also get several other benefits like paid lesves ,payment during holidays,pensions etc


unorganised sector
1 people have no assured work .they can be removed any time.
2 it is largely outside the control of the government .they dont follow rules and regulations.
3 there are no formal processes or procedures

4 workers in this sector do not enjoy security of employment.
5 there is no provision for overtime ,paid leave etc
