Overlapping Difference:-
Overlapping differences are the differences in which a particular section or caste contains all the rich and high officials and a particular section which contains all poor and uncivilised people.
Example :- Northern Ireland
Crosscutting Difference:-
Cross-cutting differences are the differences in which all the sections have both rich poor people i.e, people of a particular section contain both rich and poor people.
Example:-Netherlands
