William Blake establishes a close connection and relationship between the Lamb, God and himself by appealing to the Lamb that it is God that gives life, food, clothing of delight and the soft tenderly voice and therefore he praises and rejoices the creator by referring to God as meek and mild. He even tells the Lamb that they are called by the name of God.
