difference between peninsular river and perennial river

perennial river always have water, they never dry whatsoever season it would be

A peninsular river is a river in peninsula a (A land surrounded by water in three sides like India in east by Bay of Bengal, in west by Arabian Sea and in south by Indian Ocean). Perennial river is a river flowing through out the year.
