Pepsin is the enzyme present in gastric juice secreted by gastric glands present on the Walls of the stomach...
It is active in acidic pH...
Trypsin is the enzyme present in pancreatic juice secreted by pancreas into the duodenum of the small intestine....
It is active in basic pH...
