Permanent canal:- continuous source of water supply also called water supply.

comments of permanent Canal :-

(1) Main Canal

(2) Branch Canals

(3) Distributaries:- Distributaries are divided two part

(I) Major distributaries

(Il) Minor distributaries or minors.

(4) Water Courses


inundation canals:-

Draw its supplies from a river during the high stage of the river.
