The genotype is the set of genes in our DNA which is responsible for a particular trait. The phenotype is the physical expression, or characteristics, of that trait. For example, two organisms that have even the minutestdifference in their genes are said to have different genotypes.

Here's ur answer.
⏩ When do we consider an organism different genotypically as well as phenotypically?
Well ,Genotype of an individual means difference in the genes and chromosomes and the whole genetic material in between two organisms.
And Phenotype of an individual means that there is difference in the body shape, appearance ( PHYSICAL ), nature.
For example :
According to Mendel's Monohybrid Cross's experiment :
⭐ Genotypically in F3 generation when hybrids were produced they were in 3:1 ratio.
⭐ Phenotypically in F3 generation when hybrids were produced they were in 1:2:1.
Hope it helps!!
