▪The organization is complicated 

▪Most of the tissues are living 

▪Growth is not restricted to areas

▪More maintenance energy required

▪After reaching maturity stage they don't show further growth.

@ PLANTS - 

▪ Organization is simple 

▪ Most of the tissues are dead 

▪ Growth is separated to certain areas 

▪ Less maintenance energy required 

plants grow continuously throughout life.
