- The plant cell have chloroplasts which contains pigments like chlorophyll which functions in photosynthesis, whereas animal cell does not have chloroplasts.
- The plant cell has single large vacuole, which stores the waste materials of the plant cell whereas animal cells have numerous small vacuoles scattered in the cell.
- Plastids are present in plant cells whereas it is absent in animal cells.
- The animal cell has centrioles whereas the plant cell does not have it.
