Answer:

Plants cells and animal are eukaryotes, having cells with membrane-bound organelles, such as nucleus, mitochondria, Golgi bodies. Plants cells show many similarities with animal cells as they have many common organelles, such as cell membrane, nucleus, mitochondria, lysosomes, and ribosomes.

However, they also differ in some aspects, such as-

-Cell walls are present in plant cell, outside the plasma membrane, while animal cells lack cell wall.

-Chloroplasts are present in plant cells, that help them to perform photosynthesis, while chloroplasts are absent in animal cells.

-Plant cells have a large central vacuole, while animals cells have no or smaller vacuoles.

-Animal cells have centrioles that help in proper separation of chromosomes during cell division, while centrioles are absent in plant cells.
