difference between plasmolysis and deplasmolysis in points

1) Plasmolysis: it is contraction of protoplast of a cell as a result of loss of water from cell....

1) Deplasmolysis : It is reverse of plasmolysis I.e. Swelling up of cytoplasm of plasmolysed cell......


2) Plasmolysis: shrinkage of protoplasm from its cell wall when cell is placed in hypertonic solution. it is a type of exosmosis. it can kill the protoplasm.

2) Deplasmolysis: it is swelling of shrinked protoplasm to regain its original unplasmolysed shape when cell is placed in hypotonic solution. it is type of endosmosis.
