plasmolysis is quite opposite to deplasmolysis.

plasmolysis: shrinkage of protoplasm from its cell wall when cell is placed in hypertonic solution. it is a type of exosmosis. it can kill the protoplasm.
deplasmolysis: it is swelling of shrinked protoplasm to regain its original unplasmolysed shape when cell is placed in hypotonic solution. it is type of endosmosis.
