RADICLE: is the first root of a plant.It gives rise to a new plant.
PLUMULE:is the rudimentary shoot or stem of an embryo plant.

The difference between the Radicle and Plumule are as below:-
1)Radicle is mainly the future root whereas pulmule is future shoot
2)Radicle acts positively to hydrotropism whereas pulmule acts positively to phototropism
