polar molecules are situated at one place but rotating polar molecules are not situated at this place

basically most of the dipoles are polar in nature. the main difference between polar molecules and non polar molecules lies in the arrangement of atoms inthe molecules. additionally polar molecules have an elextrical field charge , while non polar molecules do not posses an electrical field charge..
