Pollen culture is also known as microspore culture is a procedure in which haploid seedlings are collected from separate pollen grains while in another culture those are received from pollens, by installing anthers on a proper, artificial culture medium.
Anther culture is a method by which the developing anthers at a specific and important stage are extracted aseptically from the unopened bud of flowers and are cultivated on a nutrient medium where the microspores inside the sensitive anther manifest into callus tissue or embryoids that give beginning to haploid plantlets either through.
