Difference between power sharing of belgium and sri lanka

Belgium :
- they adopted the policy of power sharing.
- they gave equal power of all communities ..minor an major doesn't matter.
- it solved the problem.

Sri lanka:
- they adopted the policy of majoritisim.
- they gave the the preference to the majority sinhala group alone disregarding the majority.
- it only increase the problem.
