In Primary occupation, activities of man are related to land eg. hunting, fishing ,agriculture, mining.Goods obtained by primary occupation are not directly useful to us and have less economic value. In Secondary occupation, activities of man are associated with processing and transforming if primary goods more useful to man. They are directly useful to us and have greater economic value. Countries whose economy depends more on primary occupation have a low economy whereas countries whose economy depends on secondary occupation, have a better economy.
