Print Preview :
The Print Preview area gives you page navigation buttons (you can also use the scroll bar to move through pages), the zoom slider, and a Zoom to Page button to the right of the slider. This resizes the page to the preview area if you’ve been zooming around. If you really miss the Word 2007 version of Print Preview, you can add it to your Quick Access Toolbar.
Dialogue box:
- Click OK on the error message. If you see a message that says Word is can't complete an action because a dialog box is open but you don't see a dialog box, you may be able to find it using a keyboard shortcut.
- Press Alt + Tab ↹ .
- Press Alt + Tab ↹ again until you find the dialog box.
- Click Close or OK.
