difference between private hospitals and government hospitals

government gives sufficient payment to the doctor to treat patients , but they dont treat well in government hospitals they treat the same patient in private hospital very well.government hospitals dont have hygenes but private hospitals have. but this is also the fact that people pay for treatment in private hospitals so if there is any problem they can say but not in the case of government hospitals
