Prokaryotes-

● Simple and primitive in nature.

● An organised nucleus is absent. It has no nuclear memberane and nucleolus.

● DNA is usually circular.

● Cell wall is thin.

Eukaryotes--

● It is well developed and complex in nature.

● An organised nucleus is present. Nucleolus and nuclear membrane are present.

● Nuclear DNA is linear, while extra nuclear DNA is circular.

● Cell wall is thick.
