Difference between public and foreign policy

public policy is that the policies or some rules made in your own country or locality and it is applicable for all of the people in the public. Foreign policies are those which are the rules from other countries. for example to go out of your country to another country you will be needing passport which is a foreign policy. and rules like keeping your locality clean or public place clean is public policy.
