Hola mate.....Here is your answer...
Rank can go up and down. It shows your apparently win/loss ratio against opponents of a similar and higher rank.
Level is the level your character is at. You win, you get experience points and your character 'level' increase.
It's meaningless, except to show how many matches you have.
