Ready mix concrete is the concrete which is designed ,mixed in the laboratory and transported by agitating trucks (mixer trucks) to the site of work . Its is one type of controlled concrete having high work efficiency. By this process also we achieve a good quality assurance because proper batching ,mixing and designing is being done .

But in case of normal concrete (convectional concrete) it is mixed in the site of work . This type of concrete is also known as in-si-tu concrete mix. Here a good quality control cant be achieved .

Answer:

Ready-mix concrete is more convenient and is often used for large projects, while conventional concrete is more versatile and is often used for smaller projects.

Explanation:

When it comes to concrete, there are two main types: ready mix concrete and conventional concrete. Both have their own unique benefits and drawbacks, so it’s important to know the difference before deciding which type is right for your project.

Ready-mix concrete

Ready-mix concrete is a premixed form of concrete that is simply delivered to your job site and poured into place. There is no need to mix or add any water, making it a convenient option for busy construction sites. Ready-mix concrete is also ideal for large projects where a consistent supply of concrete is needed.

Conventional concrete

Conventional concrete is made on-site by mixing cement, aggregate, and water. This type of concrete is often used for small projects where a ready-mix concrete truck can’t access the job site. Conventional concrete is also a good choice for projects where a unique mix is needed.
