difference between renewable and nonrenewable sources

Renewable mean the thing which will be remade with certain process but non renewable will not be made new
the major differences are
1) non renewable if exhausted will not be get back or takes decades to get back.. but renewable will be mostly available
2) another difference is non renewable resources are mostly energy producers exampla petrol.. coal....diesel.... etc.

Renewable resource =The resource which can be renewed or reproduced by physical, chemical and mechanical process known as renewable resource... for example :wind energy, tidal energy etc.

Non-Renewable resource =This occur over a very long geological time. Minerals and fossil are examples of these resources. These resource take millions of years in their formation.
