Retail Travel Agent is One who does booking for a single person , small family etc. Eg: Small Mid class Family going for small trip to Himachal

Whereas

Whole sale Travel Agent is one who does booking for a group like of member of department of company for business purposes.

The Main Difference is the scale of booking at a time. Retail Travel Agent does booking on small scale like 2-10 tickets at a time while whole sale Travel Agent does it on large scale
