oats is carbohydrates chemically so that they have all the characteristics of the carbohydrates and that also called complex carbohydrates and like the polymer of one monomer like glucose ,fructose ,galactose or the polymer of the dimer like sucrose, maltose.
we all eat the oats in our daily feeding habits but some person have a allergy to that gluten part of the a carbohydrates. so that gluten free foods available in market for that person's.and mostly these allergy seen in newborn babies and when they start feeding on foods other than Brest milk they have frequent diarrhoea so that clinically this sign suggest food allergy and most likely have gluten allergy.
