difference between rotating and resizing objects​

WHEN THE OBJECT IS MOVE LEFT TO RIGHT OR UP TO DOWN IS CALLED ROTATING OBJECT.

AND WHEN THE OBJECT ARE SET BY SIZE , VOLUME IS CALLED RESIZING THE OBJECT.

rotating=change photo direction

resizing=change photo size
