Scattering requires a total absorption and emission of a particle or a photon, whereas reflection only bounces back the incident particle or wave. The wavelength of the incident wave can change due to scattering, but it cannot change due to reflection.

gaurav4253: Scattering means reflection of Ray in many parts while reflection means reflect of a ray in different direction in one part

Reflection is a procedure of diversion of a path of a particle or a wave owing to a non-interacting collision.

Scattering is a procedure where interaction between two collision particles occurs.

IN Reflection the light rays bounce of from a surface into a particular direction.
