SEQUENTIAL ACCESS MUST BEGIN AT THE BEGINNING AND ACCESS EACH ELEMENT IN ORDER ONE AFTER THE OTHER. DIRECT ACCESS ALLOWS ACCESSING ANY RANDOM ELEMENT DIRECTLY THROUGH IT'S ADDRESS/INDEX. THIS IS ALSO THE REASON THAT DIRECT ACCESS IS ALSO CALLED RANDOM ACCESS.
