Difference between simple and complex carbohydrate :

#SIMPLE :

=> Simple carbohydrates are also called as simple sugars

=> Simple sugars are--

monosaccharides(glucose,fructose,galactose)

disaccharides(maltose,sucrose,lactose)

=> Simple sugars join to form complex sugars

#COMPLEX :

=> Complex carbohydrates are also called as polysaccharides..

=> Polysaccharides are starch, Carbohydrates etc..

=> Complex carbohydrates are joined by simple sugars
