Some :To express quantity or degree 'some' is used in affirmative sentences;

Example

I have some money (affirmative).

Few: means not many hardly any

Example Few guardians attended the meeting. (Hardly any)

Some is used for some quantity which can be measured if want but few is used for unmeasurable quantity...
