majority were sinhala speakers and minority are Tamil speakers
the government pass a law in which sinhala was the official language disaggred my tamils
the education was given to srilankan people and not Indian Tamil
in Belgium
majority were Dutch and in capital mojority were french
they changed the condition 4 times from 1970 to 1993
Brussels made a seprate government in which equal no of people were appointed
more power were taken from Central to state govt

Sri Lanka is a religion preferring majoritainism govt it has always dominated tamilians nd preferred Sinhalese against which when the native and Indian tamilians protested it was a civil war nd many people lost their lives
Belgium is also a holding together govt it has two major languages or religions that are dutch and French the French although is majority then too in the central their is Dutch govt as it's capital is having 80 % of population as Dutch and others are French and other communities
