Phytogeography is nothing but the study of distribution of the plant species. There are two basic classification of phytogeography:
1. Descriptive or static
2. Interpretive or dynamic.
The difference is static phytogeography deals with the actual description of the different parts of floristic group of the world where is dynamic phytogeography deals with the Dynamics of the evolution of plant.
