Explanation:

static friction is the friction, which acts on objects when they are at rest.

static friction offers more resistance as compared to rolling friction.

e.g we stand on our feet comfortably, because of static friction between our feet & ground, otherwise our feet would slip.

rolling friction is the friction, which acts on objects when they are rolling over surfaces. as name indicates, rolling friction occurs between round, circular objects & surface. since these objects are round there is less area of contact between these objects & surface, which makes rolling friction comparatively weaker as compared to static friction.
