Answer:

Difference between steady state response, forced response, and natural responce

In steady-state response the poles and zeros will control the steady-state response at any given frequency. A steady-state response is the behavior of a circuit after a long time when steady conditions have been reached after an external excitation.

The forced response is what the circuit does with the sources turned on, but with the initial conditions set to zero.

The natural response is what the circuit does including the initial conditions, but with the input suppressed. The total response is the sum of the forced response plus the natural response.
