An ectopic pregnancy is embryo implanted outside the womb
The symptoms are missed period, bleeding and abdominal pain
But in a normal pregnancy you will have a missed period and sometimes a urinary infection can cause abdominal pain.

Answer:
In an ectopic pregnancy, a fertilized egg develops in a region other than the uterus. These areas are not designed to expand, like the uterus, so the growing embryo will put stress on the tissue, causing pain. Also, model 2 shows that the female reproductive system is close to the lower part of the digestive system (near the rectum in the model). The growing embryo could press against these organs and tissues, causing digestive distress.
