Difference between the himalaya and the peninsular rivers?

Himalayan rivers are perennial in nature.. means.. it will be flowing Throughout the year..
where as peninsular rivers are rain fed..

Himalaya Rivers flow throughout the year, it does Not depend on anything. We can also Say that It is perenial.
Whereas the water of the peninsula River depends on the Rain.
