Older generation women were responsible from a much earlier age as their parents knew sooner or later she will be living and settling in a house apart from theirs’ .The values like responsibility , maturity and politeness were imbibed in them from the very beginning.
They valued concepts like family life , handling kids and ensuring sharing of problems of the family . The current generation of women many will dump their husbands at the first hint of any burden or trouble befalling them .
Older generation women were mature , adjusting and more in sync with real life specially marriage . They never treated marriage or married life as a bed of roses like the current generation that pays more attention to cheesy displays of love and misunderstood that as true love. The current generation of women may scoff at a man who will work 12 hours to provide for his family but will drool over jobless chaps who will shower affection over them via gifts and all nonsense until their work is done .
Older generation of women always considered bearing kids , taking care of them and making them into successful individuals as a badge of honor. IF you have noticed many of the current achievers (Class toppers , sportsmen etc ) have always credited their mothers for the pains they undertook to see wherever they are today . The current generation is more interested to entrust that tasks to house maids , baby sitters or any body else apart from them as they are least interested to take trouble.
The older generation never resorted to any cheap stunts or vulgar displays to show feminism and ‘ girl power’ . The current generation women wont bat an eyelid before misusing their gender to blame men and take advantage out of the perception angle of the public. The recent trend of majority of domestic violence , divorce cases and molestation laws turning out fake shows many women are misusing them for their personal gains .
