main difference between unicellular and multicellular organisms is that unicellular organisms are single celebrated as multicellular organisms have a very complex structure containing many cells to perform many different functions also most of the unicellular organisms are procariotic (having primitive nucleus) and multicellular organisms have well developed eucariotic cells
