4th gen is more advanced and is faster than 3rd if it exist i have heard 5th gen but not 4th

THIRD GENERATION COMPUTERS:-

• they used integrated circuit(I.C)and large scale integration(LSI).

FORTH GENERATION COMPUTERS:-

• they used in very large scale integration(VLSI) and microprocessor.
• they were small in size and called as micro computer.
• they could perform millions of calculations per second.
